Superior Mobile Medics (SMM)
is a mobile medical exam company providing a variety of services across
the United States. From our centralized home office in San Diego, California,
our staff offers nationwide assistance in coordinating every step of the
exam process. All exams are ordered, assigned, and processed through one
office. Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction and we specialize in
customizing our services to fit the needs of the customer (agent or agency),
applicant, and the insurance underwriter. We offer state-of-the-art on line
services, allowing you to order exams, check status updates, and download
completed exams from our secured web site. The Superior Team efficiently
works together to streamline the exam ordering process for our customer.

Superior Mobile Medics is the solution to our exam needs. Having one point of contact for all of our questions and urgent requests, regardless of the member's location has increased efficiencies and improved overall communication. We have been very impressed with the responsiveness of their customer service and I.T. teams. SMM has been very accommodating to our specific requests, including IT modifications, system stability and security constraints Also, evidence of insurability turnaround times have improved since we partnered together in July. They are responsive, they know when to ask for help when it is needed and they are so pleasant to work with. We are pleased to announce that our winners for the month of December are Katie Murray and Justin Garcidiaz. On January 14th, Justin recognized Katie for “ going above and beyond to help accommodate a client’s scheduling request. Instead of passing the buck, she took the initiative and demonstrated superior customer service.”

Katie Murray recently graduated from San Diego State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, a Minor in Behavioral Psychology, and a Associate of Arts degree in Communication. In addition to her time at SMM, Katie has spent several years working in education and marketing and loves being involved and giving back to her community through a variety of charitable events. Although she may have a busy schedule, some of Katie's most enjoyable time is spent discovering more about various cultures through cooking and music.

Justin has worked for Superior for over 3 and a half years. Currently he is an Agent Rep in The Group Division and loves working with this team more than any other he's been a part of to date. Outside the office, he's a graphic design student and plans to move to San Francisco to pursue that in the not-too-distant future.
