Co-Worker Recognition

The SMM Co-Worker Recognition program is a fun and easy way that SMM recognizes customer service achievements throughout the year. We encourage the staff to recognize their co-workers for positive customer service skills.

Merced Ness (left) and Justin Garcidiaz (right) were the winners of our Co-Worker Recognition in May. On 5/6/08, Justin was recognized by Merced. Merced wrote “Justin always finishes his status pages early. He does it with a smile and never complains about it! Thank you so much.”

Born in the Philippines but raised here in San Diego, CA. She has been at Superior for three and a half years now and really enjoys her job. In her spare time she enjoys traveling to Mexico, going to concerts and movies, watching TV and just hanging out with her family and friends.
Justin Garcidiaz- CS Representative
Justin is a 22 year old student, graphic designer, and the best case manager in the western hemisphere (just ask him!). He also wants to be famous! He is known by many as the sarcastic vegan environmentalist who will be the first one to tell you "Meat is Murder and driving is for fools!" He spends all his time chasing his two kittens, Yucky and Yummy, and hanging out with a myriad of friends and his longtime boyfriend David.
