How to become a member?
You will need a registration invitation code before you can register to become a member.
Obtaining a registration code?
If you have not received an invitation code, you can request one using our Web Email form. You may also Contact Us by email or by phone during our office hours.
How to order online?
After you have registered with us and sucessfully Log In with your username and password, you will be able to access your member page and place an order online.
How to check order status online?
After you have registered with us and sucessfully Log In with your username and password, you will be able to access your member page and check your order status online. You may also update your order info and/or search and review your order history.
What are the hours of operation?
In order to accommodate our customers across the country, SMM has staff available to accommodate all US Time Zones.

SMM offers nationwide mobile exam service. From our home office in San Diego, CA, we coordinate the exams and services for insurance applicants all over the United States.
